On November 25th 2024 a Swiftair 737-400 tragically crashed during its approach into Vilnius. Investigators found both SYS B Hydraulic pumps were turned off.

In this short video we discuss what indications you would see in the flight deck if you turned off a Hydraulic System, the importance of CRM with regards to situation awareness and awareness of aircraft state.
