Shenhe is a character whose performance depends on her build as well as the build of the characters she's supporting. It's easy to make video showcases with Shenhe providing insane damage buffs, but those buffs also rely on the weapon and artifacts of Ayaka, Ganyu or whoever she's buffing! Genshin Optimizer is the best tool to check how much of an improvement Shenhe would be for your other Cryo character because it allows you to input your own artifacts. Pulling for Shenhe because with my weapons and artifacts she boosts Ayaka's damage by X amount can lead to disappointments down the line. Make sure her performance matches your expectations with your artifacts and weapons!
