PUMA LQD Cell Origin Drone are two new sneakers by PUMA inspired by the world of drones. Today I went to PUMA Store in Osaka, Japan, to try out the new augmented reality (AR) effects using the LQDCELL app for both iOS and Android. In this video, you can see both the DAY (bright) Drone shoe and the NIGHT (dark) Drone shoe.

LQD Cell Origin Drone is compatible with the LQD CELL mobile app. Users can scan the shoes and activate some really cool features. The new Drone shoes unlock two cool new AR filters. The first one cloaks your shoe and the other one renders the video feed of the camera with a cool filter that makes it look like a drone point-of-view (POV) with the LQD Cell Origin AR and LQD Cell Drone sneakers being detected and marked.

The LQD Cell Origin Drone shoes are the second AR sneakers from PUMA. Keep in mind that I just reviewed the augmented reality effects, and not the performance aspect of the shoe, although I tried it before and they were super comfy, like walking on air!

Had a blast trying those new filters on the LQD Cell Origin: Drone shoes and can't wait to see what Puma is going to come up next.
