19No, I can't speed up the police car chase cutscene. There's triggers across the ropes and rooftops that are too reliant on the progress of the vehicles through the streets, so while I can completely skip the cutscene, you'd still have to sit there for the normal amount of time to wait for the chase to progress. This mod only makes gameplay elements progress faster, it doesn't remove any, so I won't be touching that cutscene or try to make the vehicles faster.
