The Schezo AI is pretty good for practicing, it really pushes my current chaining speed. I can't really do GTR very well at all so my fastest chain build is a sandwich transition. I still make a lot of suboptimal placements when I am trying to play quickly but I feel like this is good practice nevertheless. The main goal is to be able to build a transition on the left quickly and efficiently, which requires being really comfortable with building it again and again to understand what the different situations are.
