PUZZLE SOLVED: Slider Box in The Greenhouse | Puzzle Game | Escape Simulator Gameplay Walkthrough
With this quick #short , you'll learn how to understand and solve the SLIDER Box needed to power the final puzzle in the middle of The Greenhouse in the Steampunk paid DLC for Escape Simulator!
Start this puzzle by first collecting the SLIDER box from under the MicroGMO400 machine on the desk to the left of the room. Next, collect the puzzle instructions from the end table with the chess case.
After inspecting the clue, notice the instruction on the lower right of the index card. This is saying that none of the letters in SLIDER equal eachother, so already we know each number can only be used once for a letter. The other set of instructions tell us how to set this puzzle up. One other important note is on the SLIDER box itself - there are two different shaped knobs; one is a round peg - these are locked and CANNOT be adjusted, whereas the others are vertical, rectangular sliders.
Since we know that D is less than L, and L is locked at 2, D=1. We also know that E is greater than R. Since E is 4 and cannot be changed, and we've accounted for 1 and 2 already, we know that R must be 3. Lastly, we know that S is less than I, so between the 5 and 6 left available, S must be 5 which would mean that I=6.
To recap:
S=5
L=2
I=6
D=1
E=4
R=3
Once the SLIDER box puzzle is completed properly, the lights will change from yellow to green and you'll be able to use it as one of the four keyboxes that'll power the larger puzzle in the middle of the room!
