I've noticed that PVP has been changing recently and especially in MMOs. Some games don't allow open PVP anymore unless you opt-in or you are specifically engaging in PVP content that's kept separate from the PVE content. Even PVE elements are being brought into PVP as well. Some hardcore PVP players good and bad are not taking this change very well.
