Firmware upgrade steps：
1. Visit the PXN official website http://e-pxn.com, click “Support” - “Tools” and download the “PXN-V10 Firmware Update V0.38” file.
2. Extract the downloaded file and open the upgrade tool.
3. Press and hold the “PXN” button on the steering wheel and plug the USB cable into the PC. The upgrade tool will display a message indicating that the device is connected.
4. Click the “Upgrade” button in the upgrade tool.
5. After the upgrade progress bar completes, the upper right corner of the upgrade tool will display green "online." The steering wheel will light up in red and enter the auto-calibration state.

After the upgrade is completed, follow the instructions manual to connect the V10 to the Xbox console. Wait for the V10 to complete the auto-calibration, then simultaneously press and hold the L3 and R3 buttons for 5 seconds. The steering wheel indicator light will flash and then return to green.
At this time, the V10 is ready for normal gameplay in F1 2023. It is recommended to try pressing and holding the L3 and R3 buttons multiple times to ensure that the steering wheel successfully switches to the special mode. (Note: To exit the special mode, disconnect the steering wheel from the Xbox console, then reconnect it.)
