15Video of Quake 4 on a Core 2 Duo MacBook Pro. Specs: Core 2 Duo, 2.33 Ghz, 2GB Ram, 160GB HD, etc.. Resolution is 1024x768. and video settings set to High, it averaged about 45fps. I'm running Fraps in the background so you can see the FPS displayed in the upper left-hand corner. I ran it in several res higher than 1024x768 and it performed almost the same, slight slowdown on framerate. Enjoy.
