The E4M8 seen in Quake beta3 is pretty close to its final incarnation, but suffers a significant problem in the Silver Key room. When the player enters the room, most of the Fiends that spawn in will telefrag each other. Enemies telefragging each other seems to be an issue that plagues several Episode 4 maps. The Shambler that's supposed to attack in that room is missing as well.

This map has been played in Hard difficulty in order to show off every enemy spawn that the level has.
