After a recent update (since the 18th of March) I have experienced a regression (stutters / frame pacing issues) in Quake Champions (other games have not been tested), but as Quake did not update during that time, I can say with great confidence that Quake is not the issue. So, the point that other games are not affected might be false. The Nvidia driver did update back then, so that might be the issue. It is the same on both X11 and XWayland, I have not tested Wayland native games (Wine 10). If you have any speculation on what is causing this please tell me in the comments.
