Quake Champions Training - Control Mega Health and Armor

This is a basic guide to help people understand a fundamental objective in Quake Team Death Match (TDM): item control. More specifically, the major items - mega health and (big) armor.
As you can see in the game play, I'm very rarely being challenged for them, because most people simply don't know to do it.
So get lightning gun, find mega health and big armour, and repeatedly challenge for them every 30 seconds when they spawn. Worry about Quad Damage later.
