4First time on the channel where i have to say: Yeah, this is pretty bad. Level design is mostly just square rooms connected by corridors, with one or two exceptions. The gameplay is bullshit hard, using the worst Quoth enemies liberally while not giving you enough ammo, unless you deliberately conserve it. Feels more like a Quoth/Knave tech-demo than a proper mod,and should be played more for historical curiosity than actual enjoyment.
It does have some cute secret messages though.
