A single-segment run on Hard difficulty.
This is more like a stoic exercise with it's high variability and things outside of your control.
It took me 5 months to finish the first single-segment run after coming back to the game.

Only some minor improvements to the route were made.
Timewise it is only a small improvement over my non-single-segment run, but there is definitely more potential for a faster run.

I'm still actively working on this, so there might be an update in the future.
