Quake II - Showcase Level - Lunar Outpost
0These videos are mainly a fun diversion for me amongst my other ongoing projects, both on and off Youtube. The main goal here is to showcase some multiplayer levels I played in the past that I found very fun. Lunar Outpost is a solid ground-pounder map with very minimal vertical separation. So there will be no need to look up or down for your opponents, the majority of the level is on a flat playing field. That helps serve the level better in my opinion. Its quite interconnected to the point that you don't realize how large it is unless you play it 1 v 1, 4 or more players would be ideal. More incessant humming however, level designers need to learn that sound effects aren't necessarily needed in MP maps.
