72In this video I will show you my best attempts and how I pass all the levels on nightmare difficulty. Nightmare is the hardest difficulty in the game and staying idle is no option. The key is movement and precision. It takes a lot of practice to complete it this way.
You may treat this not only as a showcase of the levels, but also as a walkthrough on how to beat the levels. Just copy what I do and with A LOT of practice you may beat them as well. Good luck !

Quake III Arena (also known as Quake 3; abbreviated as Q3A or Q3), is a multiplayer-focused first-person shooter video game. The game was developed by id Software and featured music composed by Sonic Mayhem and Front Line Assembly. Quake III Arena is the third in the series and differs from previous games by excluding a traditional single-player element and focusing on multi-player action.
