Quake III intro cinematic 8K | redrawn by AI pixel manipulation in UHD 8K (7680x4320 pixels) was recorded for demonstration purposes. I used 7 of open-source AI(Artificial Intelligence and machine learning) to upscale video from 512x384 to 7680x4320 pixels without losing any quality and improve quality and some details through machine learning that redrawn details to another level during this video. Any video will lose quality by a lot during the traditional method of upscale from 512x386 pixels to7680x4320 pixels - however, this is not the case in this video and quality is improved and more details are drawn by AI through machine learning... I used Quake III introduction cinematic video from 1999 to show you the capabilities of AI upscaling up to 8K resolution, so please watch this video in 8K resolution for the maximum details and no video noise at all because AI removed the noise that was visible on the original video 512x386 pixels. I can say that if you would like to restore old videos or images then AI will be the best choice - stay tuned and I will teach you more about AI upscaling in the next videos...

System that were used to produce this video: Xeon E5 2697v2 with 24 threads and Titan RTX video card (Turing GPU architecture). It took 3 days to process the original video and upscale through 7 of AIs(no GPU support :-( ), so it is a slow process and it will be the only coin for AI image processes that I see at the moment but it will improve in the future.
