9 seconds faster than my old demo.
Felt like revisiting the first map I had an SDA record on. It was recorded back in August of 1999,
and it clocked in at 2:55. Now, 23 years later, my total tally for id single player demos are up
to a staggering 193 demos (3 ERs, 9 NRs, 47 EHs, and 133 NHs).
As for the run itself, it's definitely one of the hardest I've done in a long time. There's almost
zero chance of success. Getting the monsters to bunch up in the middle of the room for when you
have Quad is down to dumb luck. Ammo is also an issue. Most of the time I would run out of rockets
for the latter part of the run. Over a period of about three weeks, I think I had 5 or 6 demos in
total with all kills that were faster than the old record.
