I'm not going to lie... I thought this record would be kind of easy to beat. It wasn't. In about 20 hours playing this map, this is the _first_ time I'm exiting with all the kills.
For my own sanity, here's a list of all the things that can, and have numerous times, gone wrong:
- The first ogre not going through the teleport (happens 75% of the time)
- Landing on top of the ogre after the wind tunnel
- Not killing all the knights in the key room (killing knights with nails sucks)
- Messing up the rocket jump
- Not killing the dog in the scrag room (if you're too quick, the fucker is too far down the slope)
- Landing on top of the death knight by the quad
- Not being able to kill one of the ogres before the teleport (due to it fucking around in another room)
- Missing one of the zombies (kind of hard to see them)
- In the pentagram room, having too few rockets to be able to kill the ogre/zombie/death knight
- The death knight not being where it should
The last one was the main reason this took forever to do and also the reason I looked up the stairs for it (never before had it been where I killed it).
I'm OK with this demo. I'm sure I can do it quicker, at least 3-4 seconds, with this route had everything worked out perfectly. But I won't try. No way José.
