While at Quakecon 2014 Dara and I were able to sample the amazing work coming out of Tango Gameworks. The Evil Within, with the help of Shinji Mikami ( Game Director for RE1 and RE4 ) will finally bring the Survival Horror Genre back in full force! What we played at Quakecon was the E3 2014 Demo and it scared Dara so much she had to stop playing 10 minutes in. The title will be releasing for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4, and PC on Oct. 14th 2014!

While investigating the scene of a gruesome mass murder, Detective Sebastian Castellanos and his partners encounter a mysterious and powerful force. After seeing the slaughter of fellow officers, Sebastian is ambushed and knocked unconscious. When he awakens, he finds himself in a deranged world where hideous creatures wander among the dead.
