Game Boy Player is pretty well known as a solution to play Gameboy cartridges ranging from the original BW to the GBA.
A few recent years, the community has found out that not only it runs at 480i but the console's framerate is going a tad too fast that it actually duplicate a frame once after every few seconds.
Game Boy Interface is a homebrew software for the Gamecube that uses the Game Boy Player hardware but uses a different software that runs much closer to the GBA, it also removes the trademark darkness effect used for GB Player and NES VC on Wii/Wii U.
Nintendo DS is basically my DS Phat with a USB capture device, this method uses a clean 1:1 ratio recording for GBA games and is the best way to play and record Wario Ware Twisted/Yoshi's Universal Gravitation.
All of the Gamecube footage was recorded through a HDMI modified system.
