Overall, this level is pretty silly to say the least. It does a lot of silly stuff, and is also incredibly difficult at the same time. Judging by the amount of time this took Zoink to verify, it would be about top 10 in difficulty (based off the fact that Anathema and Spectre took a decent amount less time), though, he is of the opinion that he is just bad at the skillset required to beat this level, so this placement of top 10 is heavily subject to opinion and is uncertain.
Should this get rated? I have nothing against this getting rated... In fact, I would like to see it rated purely so it can place on the list.
In fact, I would like to see it get rated instantly. It is a memorable enough and decently well put together level in my opinion. Rate gravity though while you're at it rob!!
