The new Steam version of Quantum Break runs on DirectX 11 - improving performance over the DIrectX 12 release on the Windows 10 Store. Nvidia cards get a noticeable frame-rate boost (up to 33% on the GTX 970) with DirectX 11, but curiously AMD cards such as RX 480 run identically either way. Tom explains all.
