The Quantum Update adds the first new biome to We Need to go Deeper is over two years, that being the amazing Micro Depths. Due to how a new biome hasn't been added in post 1.0 before this, I was quite excited to finally explore this new biome. And I must say, I am very much pleased and impressed by it. From the overall look and feel, to the enemy designs, to the new civilization, to the soundtracks, everything works out nearly flawlessly in this new biome. The only complaints are the lack of new relics and the buggy Atomic Disorder affliction, but these are minor compared to how great the biome is as a whole.
