The Quasar Cannon is a powerful Support weapon when used correctly in stealth and sabotage missions. However, when nuance and subtlety aren't required, other options will outperform the Quasar when immediate delivery of ordnance is needed repeatedly. The recoilless is a perennial favorite weapon, and a great option on the bug and bot front. EATs and the Commando are options for users that need to have the backpack slot available for other reasons. Remember, General Brasch smiles upon you every time you use a hellpod to complete an objective or destroy a heavy enemy.
