So after obtaining my Tier 2 Vessel, everything was a lot more fun and easier to do. I was able to complete all Rank 3 base upgrades, and it was also time to upgrade to our new Tier 3 vessel. I managed to hijack the snappy patrol boat and the vigilant patrol boat off camera, and the Walrus Tugboat I did on Camera. I now have 3 of the best Tier 3 boats in my possession, and my goal is to get the stripe patrol boat as well.
