Here I made a really quick version of a Rhubarb Collins style Cocktail in just one minute to show that good cocktails don't have to be time consuming to make. Ideal drink to quickly make for a smooth long drink or something fancy during pre-drinks.

Ingredients
1 shot Slingsby Rhubarb Gin
1 Shot Chambord
1/2 juice of a lime or lemon your preference
1 small bottle of elderflower tonic Or 1 can of 7-UP if you prefer a sweeter taste.

Pour all ingredients into a glass filled with ice and stir.

Prep time 1 Minute
Drinking Time - Even Less
