This is only really useful on Quick Blink where you don't have control of your Thruster like on Easy or Normal. Therefore you can't position yourself exactly on top of the UCS: Gear and dive with ease. This is why I suggest that you instead do Automatic Striding. If you can position yourself well and dive, by all means do that, but there will be times you can't always do that.

You basically just use the Automatic Striding and then just spam kick and you don't have to wait till you fall down infront of it. Noting really special other that you can get a bit faster than usual.
