00:00 - To be able to get the "Korek Charm" and have infinite durability on your favorite weapon. You need to get ontop of the VNC Tower. To get there you need to play through the story until you have completed the "Broadcast" story mission. This mission is quite late in the game, just a heads-up if you just started playing.
00:17 - When you have done the story mission, get to the VNC Tower and enter the building through the north side, and use the elevator to get to the top.
00:32 - From there you need to glide over to this building located south west of the exit from the elevetor.
00:40 - When you land on the roof you need to connect 3 cables to open a door at the end.
00:46 - First cable is easy just drop down 2 times. heal in between or use any other method like the grappling hook if you dont have enough health to do the drop down.
01:06 - On the second one you need to drop down as well but here I recommend using the grappling hook to ease the fall.
01:19 - On the third one you also need to use the grappling hook to ease the fall and make your way down to the final connector.
01:46 - When you connect the third cable you will be able to deactivate a defence system and then enter a door to the right of the connector of the cable.
01:58 - Be carful when entering the room, there will be one zombie inside. walk backwards or shoot it with the bow.
02:12 - When inside the room you will see a table with 4 spots that you can sit down at. You have to sit down at all the locations to make the blueprint spawn. When you sit down on the final position you sometimes need to wait a bit until it spawns.
For me it just poped in immediately.
02:36 - Now you can infinitly repair your favorite weapon. To repair the first time you just modify the weapon with the "Korek Charm". When it needs to be repaired next time you just modify another charm on and then apply the "Korek Charm" again..... Ta da! infinite repair.
