Quick Look | Elder Scrolls V - Skyrim (2011)
1If i would be honest why people think this game is great ... it was all about mods ... then the main game, that was just plain awful ... mods and a sandbox world with good visual presentation ... thats it
And i could end with this ... but we venture on ... this clip presents some visuals that looked fine ... and some story , from this most incoherent sandbox RPG you will play ( but then you play Two worlds and you just facepalm all the way ) ... its like the story was inserted in the last minutes ... and it became DICK in ASS ... the winner of the most incoherent story line from 2011 goes too ...Skyrim
If you ask why, well ... its like this game was created with a world not build around a story line (when you have a script, that needs set locations to present the story)... but a story that tried to fit into this ready made world (Rockstar way of thinking , that works for them... because theirs stories are organic , real world , life is shit like)... the final result is a incoherent plot about Dragons ... Empire ... Rebels ... and its political struggle ... and suddenly you kill a dragon and you take his power ... and become a dragonborn ...
in my 7days playing this ... 30 h ... this game made me ask, why there are still dogs there ... but Cats evolved to be human like creatures ... it does not make any sense ... it makes you fucking think ... where are my talking DOGS ...
Now the sad part ...I made 3 attempts trying to like this crappy game ... trying to play this (because the world became bonkers around it ...so it had to be good ? or was this hype ? ) ... so lets play... first 15 min ...found the Gui atrocious that was made with Consoles FIRST IN MIND ... and the Inventory system was a joke ... deinstall ... a year later my second attempt into this.... with mods that fix all crap making it a real PC game with a nice inventory system ... and you get into ... not into this game but the mod scene ... that did not cared about the game but to make this a MMO ... with sex ... 3d Sex Skyrim ... a game that did not cared about the game in it self but making it a Second life Sex thing ... ok bye ....
5 years later ... we are back ... lets try now to see how this game is ... Third try , that made you think, that this dev makes broken games with a nice atmosphere ...and theirs credo is "Help us fix our broken games we made for you , here are the tools you need" ... installed like 30 gig of mods ... and played for 7 days ... and came to a conclusion the world in this game is so fucking generic, it never sparked any interest in me to explore it (contrary to SACRED 2 ... guess when you add nice OST to a game you play any game www.youtube.com/watch?v=5fakNlghOJY) ... making fast travel the only option used all the time ...another things is the FOV of 45 in this shit, when you play in first person ... and now you understand why all people play this game in third person ...
in other words , it was a mediocre generic game with an awful incoherent story line that people modded to hell and back ... to turn it into the next Sex MMO ... making it not a game about story but about exploration of taste... and Yt tutorials how to be a BAD ASS VIKING ...
Game removed permanent from my physical collection ... Morrowind was 10x better
