Here is a quick tip on how to fix the on/off problem with the pce gt or turbo express. You need to remove the casing around the switch and clean the contact points on the small switch board. they consist of two very thin rails. Also make sure that the thin metal tabs inside of the plastic switch fit on the rails tightly then re-assemble and problem solved. This repair works for pce gt's or turbo expresses that suffer from not turning on, turning on only the second time, or having to hold down on the on/off switch to get them to turn on.
