The Atari Jaguar start up screen was from a different emulator Virtual Jaguar,i used Project Tempest,as it actually works,with no lag,it screen tears in full screen but it recorded ok.I recorded the first sections of each level,i may have had 99 lives cheat just to get through without being killed.
Incidentally it looks like the PC version with the Amiga's style sampled sound but with 16 bit audio,also the music and effects on at the same time.
