This is just a short tip for those who have no proper PC microphone but an Android device and who happen to run Linux.

Audio Source is a simple shell script that tells PulseAudio or PipeWire to passthrough your phone's mic to other software as microphone input.

I find this really cool and wanted to share it with others since it too can give old phones that'd collect dust otherwise a new purpose :)
