*Events*
In the mission "Fundraiser", an unidentified woman will ask the player to donate for an expansion to the hall. He can then decide whether to donate $20 or steal the donations.
If the player decides to donate, they will gain honor and Arthur's name will be engraved in a plaque outside of the building which can be seen in the epilogue.
If John visits the Quincy Harris Memorial Hall in 1907, he will respond with “Arthur Morgan… why hello.”
