I'm shocked that more people don't use this. There is a frame or two right after Ash lands a charge where she can shoot a point blank projectile dealing a total of 1200 damage.

With this you can cause the total of 2650 damage if you do the following: First have your ult ready and charge up you knock back (preferred to be a non knock back build). Fire the knock back, once landing the knock back ult immediately. 450 + 600 for landing the knock back and ult. Utilize the stun time to shoot a projectile then being your charge immediately. While the charge is building up, hold in the primary fire button. Once your charge lands you should fire instantly. It should do 400 + 800 + 400.

All together it should be 450 + 600 + 400 + 800 + 400 all in the span of 2 seconds. 2650 is enough to kill every single no DR Support, Damage, and Flank in the game.
