IC cards allow players to save their game data, with players able to buy and customize their ride. Players win golds (money currency) at the end of races, which change depending on the race. Those can be spent in the car shop.
But not only that, players level up also courses skill by getting first place, record their times, unlock quest (achievements) and expand their own garage. The first car is free, others need to be purchased.
Also players from time to time, get challenged with limited cars event for more gold and versus a "boss", Mr.R, which randomly appear during a race offering you 100.000 gold, if you beat him.

The courses available are all modeled on real life cities, with players able to race on the streets of Hong Kong, New York, Shibuya and Shinjuku. Each course has 4 different tracks which are ranked from A to D and vary in difficulty.

While driving you are treated to an more interactive experience as drivers actually appear on the screen to issue challenge and talk smack about your driving skills.
Also, you can also select the color of the car and for your tail lights. There are unlockables here too.

There are two nitro buttons on the steering wheel, which gives your car a huge boost of nitrous allowing you to accelerate at top speeds past your rivals.
The game also places a big focus on drifting, with players drifting around corners and scoring as many points as possible, a multiplier is set and it changed based on what you do and the game event.

There are 2 modes of the game:

Battle mode: players try first, get highest points and gold during the race.

Time attack: players try to finish the course with the fastest time, get first first and then more gold.

There are total 20 cars. The cars can be tuned up to higher levels for better performance. Also, comic graphic stickers and neon tubes can be added to the cars.
