The Legendary R-9A doing F-C No Miss, an accomplishment that for me means a lot (not as Misty Lady F-A though XD)
Stage 1.0 never changes, the strategies are the ones you see for almost any ship in the game. Used a slight different strategy on Gironika so I can do a mix between gaining DOSE and doing damage to him. Xelf-16...well he's tanky for sure but combination of Wave Cannon and Red Laser does the job in no time
As always, I go for one between Stage 2.3 and Stage 2.4, this time being 2.3. Strategies aren't incredible. just defeat enemies, only exception being the Giant Potato (don't know his name honestly) where before defeating him I gained a slight amount of DOSE thanks to his bullets. Negus 'O Shim was pretty much humble to me, not a lot of 8 schemes on left side.
Stage 3.0 is the best for gaining DOSE and I played the stage for that exact purpose without forgetting to do damage on certain parts. Started the Stage with 14.6 DOSE and ended it with 76.6 DOSE...that's a 62% gain. Yeah...nothing to say more about this stage.
I played Stage 4.0 to get FULL DOSE before Dobkeratops. Problem is I almost died at the Snake because I was too concentrated at DOSE and not at the screen and didn't manage to get Red Laser right after Snake giving me slight problems near the end. When you have FULL DOSE there is a position where you survive by not moving during the Revo section: it's Mid-Left slightly up. Always remember that each Revo shoot only ONE single bullet.
Impressive fight against Bellmite. If you wonder why after beating him, I said "First Try!!" is because that was the 1st (and only with R-9A) attempt of the stream...the stream is there you can check yourself.
Stage 5.0 was a little bit messy. Most of the time I forget sections so I start some of them with a preparation similar to a Player that tries for the 1st time Dark Souls.
Fine Motion was humble to do a single Arm Call during the fight. Gotta be honest, whenever I see a 2nd Arm Call I start having a Cold Sweat as from 2nd call onward he can ""SLAP"" my soul, my existence and my will to continue doing runs. the slap is mostly unavoidable, technically there is a chance to survive if, instead of going exactly Mid-Left, you go slightly up but always start to pray as survival is not guaranteed.
Before doing this run I did some Training at Stage 6.2 and that training was incredibly worth doing it. Survived 3 times thanks to FULL DOSE since it blocked bullets that without it they would have defeated me, consequently losing the No Miss. Good fight against Gridlock, took too much time honestly. Better playing safe than risky during that fight.
Do I have to say something about F-C? I talked too much about it when I did F-C with all base ships. But I wanna add a note: I played awfully the first half of the Stage.
So yeah...that's it, that was the run. Hope You Enjoy R-Typers.
To end this video's description...I played while having a Cold. I'm fine as I have just that and not a Fever but sometimes it was annoying gotta be honest.
Happy Valentine's Day to Everyone!!!
