Requested in a previous F-C video, this is one of the most broken build of the game. I didn't play 100% serious (and if this cause some complaints then I apologize) but I did it to show that F-C R-Typer with this build is like doing stage 6.1 imho.
Here's some informations if you want to play it seriously:
Red laser can kill in 3-4 hits a McCarron Class but you have to shoot it in a precise spot. Hope this helps to find it, you don't have to hit with the center of the laser.
Blue laser at max level can oneshot turrets and helps a lot during nasreil and cancer part.
Psy Bit + can block bullets so it's not always necessary use their peculiar attack. Helps sure but pay attention when you do it.
For Bat section you can do it as I did in the video or eliminating 2 bats simultaneously with a HIGH. I suggest to kill the first 2 bats and then eliminate the next 2 bats when next bat line shows. In this way you can perform a fast and clean section.
As for Dose I suggest to charge it to Full to unlock mid-left safe spot at wall of enemies but if you can't go for the harder safe spot (see Kiwi Berry F-C).
