R-Type Playthrough
1This and Gradius is an old long running shmup. After I heard that this game was growing up with Gradius, I thought I'll buy it. I couldn't believe the difficulty. The difficulty requires a lot more memorization than Gradius. There's a lot of quick surprise attacks in this game, so if you forget something, you're dead. This is on hard. The last time I checked, the difficulty changes the speed of the enemies. At least that's what I remembered from R-Type 2. That game was hell, so it made me change the difficulty. Just like most shumps, this has good music. That stage clear music sounds exciting.
