Well... despite being on Impossible, that was a lot easier than back when I first fought Cocoa Special on BEX- although my skill level at the game back then compared to *now* is also uhh not quite the same.
(Pretty sure at that point I had not even started Impossible mode at all nor fought Pillar Saya).

Soo... theres not much else to add. With a pure glass cannon build, you pretty much only face her Cut-In, which shouldt be too big of an issue with some well placed Amulets.

Another reason of why you must beat her ASAP is because one of her attacks crashes the game. So in true X-Bunny style, you speedkill her to prevent that.
