Nieve seems to take a fair bit longer than most other bosses, but I suspect this is mostly because she jumps around so much, its hard to deal as much damage to her!

Once again, she is filled with HP% attacks. I am not sure how much consistent this will be, but these are my observations:

Before most of her attacks, she will jump around like crazy before actually starting it. This is very erratic and quite random- she could jump anywhere from 2-5 times, distance and direction seems random as well... for certain attacks, she will finish with a leap- generally to either left or right side depending on where she is on the screen...
Best bet is to just stay away from her. Knock her back with Rainbow shots for safety. If she gets too close, stunning her with a Rainbow Charged shot and moving away from her can also help.

Generally, she starts the fight with 2 Snowball attacks.

0:25 From this point it gets kind of unpredictable. Usually, she makes these spikes appear.
GET RID OF THEM ASAP. They basically deny the whole area. Its not that bad when they are alone, but overlapped with another attack, its recipe for disaster.

0:30 This one pretty much always happens, and its important:
While it is possible to dodge this without the Blue Boost, I STRONGLY recommend to use it for this. The Speed Up makes dodging this attack so much easier!
You arent getting anywhere if you cant dodge it.
Practice this one, you will have deal with this attack at least 1 more time; most likely 2.

After this, once again, its a tad unpredicable. She may snowball again, she may use lasers, or the spikes again...
All I can say is, you get used to them and are ready for them once you fought her enough times.

1:00 This attack again. Also very likely to happen, although I managed to skip this one a couple of times. Luckily, you have the 2nd Blue Boost ready (Or should)

1:19 HP% based attack. She always does this at about ~1800HP in my experience.
She will jump to whichever corner she is closer to- notice I knock her back a bit with the Rainbow Shots to force her to jump to the right side.
You can actually dodge this even on 0% items but eehh I just use an Amulet xD

1:54 As soon as you see her walking backwards like this, it means she will do this attack. Its not too bad, I use an Amulet at first for safety, but after that its quite easy I feel.

2:10 The attack itself is usually easy, but you will probably want to knock back Nieve a bit if she happens to be too close..

Usually, at this point she is supposed to cast water, but I missed a Rainbow Charged shot (2:07) so it happened 1 attack later. No big deal I guess...

2:22 This segment is, as far as I know, completely random. She can and will anything from her pool of attacks, until you drain her HP low enough to activate her Cut-In.
Some attacks are really hard to dodge while underwater. All I can say is, I hope you have some Amulets by this point...

2:54 Cut-In attack its actually a joke. Just stand below Nieve, count each "wave" from this attack, once you counted 8 waves, move away- and remember to jump while doing so to dodge 3:06.

She will very likely do the 1:00 attack for the final time.
By this point you should have another Blue Boost, so its fine.
Also, after she is done she will ALWAYS do her laser attack 3:21, no exceptions.

3:44 Pretty sure she only does this when on critical HP.
It seems to me like the right corner is a safespot, never got hit while being there. Not sure if the same is true for the left side, never tried.

Nieve doesnt get recruited after this fight, she only does once Nixie is defeated as well. So theres really no point leaving this fight for later- the later you leave her be, the higher level she will likely be.
