The Lilith ground fight is... moderately hard, there are some difficult attacks, but in the end, I believe there are 2 critical components to this fight:
1) Dealing optimal DPS & 2) The freaking Cut-In attack....

So, there are 3 possible attacks Lilith can do as her first attack. Two of them are acceptable; the one I got 0:15 being middle road; not the best, but not the worst one.
The absolute worst one is the one where she gains Defense Up for some reason. If you see that one: Restart. It will reduce your damage faaar to much and you NEED optimal DPS for this.

0:22 100% fixed, and so are the next 2 attacks if she is still at high enough HP by them- however, we dont want her to do these attacks.
Ideally, you have done about 700 damage to her by 0:30.
If you did, she should do 0:33 next. If you didnt... well I would suggest to just restart. While I dont think it will make the fight impossible to win, its probably going to make it harder.
She also wont do the same attacks as this video.

0:45 Assuming you followed my steps, this is the what she willl do next.
Where she will jump to, and the altitude, is random as far as I could tell. Try your best to deal as much damage as you can- if possible, try to have your Rank at "S" for this part (S Rank = Blue Shoots start doing 10dmg)

0:59 Her stun hearts. Completely trivial, again, focus on raw DPS.
Depending on where she begins this attack, she may waste slightly more time running to the other side of the screen. Unfortunately this is random.
What is NOT random is the fact she will do 2 tiny jumps at 1:04 before jumping off screen- again, assuming you are following my route of attacks (Otherwise she does NOT do these 2 hops)
Keep this in mind, you may be able to get a Rainbow Charged shot at the very last second knowing this- as seen in the video.

1:10 Think because she is off-screen you can just focus on dodging?
Nope. Again, focus on damage and keep spamming Rainbow normal shots.
DPS is extremely important here, I cant stress this enough.
Get familiar with these hitboxes, they are thinier than you would think. Its still a good idea to have Amulets ready, though.

Right after that, she can do 2 different attacks. For either one, just keep your distance to Lilith; if you see lasers, just stay there; if you see hearts, close in.

1:26 If you did an extremely good job at DPS AND got lucky, this is where her Cut-In would start.
Most of the time, though, you will face this first.
I can only recommend Blue Boost here to be able to take 1 hit. Maybe you can use 1 Amulet, but no more than that.

So the first part with the hearts is mostly fine.
With enough practice, its relatively easy to dodge them...

But THIS THING: 2:03

Look. It really hurts me to say bad things about this game, as you PROBABLY know by this point, I really, really love it and its easily one of the best games I have ever played.

But this...
I cant defend this.

RANT INCOMING

This attack, is straight up BS. Its legitimately bad design.
Whenever you can dodge this or not is merely up to luck.
Doesnt matter how skilled you are, if the game wants you dead... then this will kill you. End of story.

It doesnt look that bad in the video, but thats precisely because this is the winning attempt and thus I got lucky enough to not get terrible combinations- Usually the bullets will be aimed in a way that its literally undodgeable; and you can only have so many Amulets. Oh and these are insta-kill too, they will kill you even WITH Defense Up!!

It doesnt help that the hitboxes on these bullets are beyond busted. I swear their models do NOT reflect the enormous size of these stupid hitboxes, for the love of Noah these hitboxes are bigger than Syaro’s melons and I jus-

So, assuming you somehow survive the Cut-In, she will once again jump off-screen and do 1:10- followed by either of the 2 fixed attacks mentioned earlier.

2:35 I dodged this without Amulets once so it is possible to do so- however I think you need to already be on a side of the screen...IMO its easier to just Amulet this.

2:49 I honestly dont know. This is the first and only time I actually dodged this.
It seems like... the game wants you to run for 2 "lightings", and then turn around? Is that how this attack works? Or maybe I just got lucky... not sure.

The main obstacle is really the Cut-In. Hopefully you can dodge that thing without using too many resources...
