Oh boy...Seana 1 is a true roadblock.
Probably the absolute harderst boss fight at this point.
Where to even begin...

First of all, since this fight takes place underwater, your movement is reduced- and this not only makes most attacks naturally harder to evade, but in at least one case (bubbles) it becomes literally impossible to dodge. So thats pretty bad... I recommend restarting if she uses this move more than twice in a row.

Second, Seana gains a hidden (unlistened) Super Armor after she does her Cut-In. I have no idea why it is like this, but thats how it is. It truly makes certain attacks (bouncing hearts) way harder than they otherwise could be, since you cant knock her back to manipulate her place/attacks at all (think Pandora).

Seana as a whole has tons of HP% based attacks, in fact its easier to mention said attacks; shes full of them. This is how the overall boss fight is structured:

The start of the fight are typically 2 or 3 random attacks from the non HP% pool of attacks. From now on I will just refer them as "random" for briefly sake, but just know they are the ones that arent tied to a certain HP%.

0:36 Just stay beside her and her attack will miss.
Preferably, stay in her Left side, because:
0:47 Now, this attack has 2 variations. She can either do this, or 3:43.
This is the one you want to see, since it allows you do deal more DPS. Its random which one of the two she chooses to do though, but in any case you will want to stay in certain spots so neither of the variations can hit you. Use the square tiles for reference.
0:57 Is why you want to be on the left side the entire time. Self-explanatory, you are better off here than on the right.

2 forced random attacks will follow after that. Then, depending on damage dealt:
She will either do 0:36 again, OR:
She jumps off to start 1:12.
Keep in mind if you skipped 0:36 attack this time, she will "resume" from there and do it at 1:54 instead.

Not much to say about 1:12 itself. Except, if you jump you can make her stop shooting briefly- I couldt find room to do it this time though.

1:45 Nothing to add that cant be seen on the video. Its kinda hard to pull this off consistently, but you really dont want to use 2 Amulets for this. Just take the hit if you have to.

2:03 Cut-In seems to happen at roughly half of her HP...
This is pure memorization. Not much to say except, try your best to memorize it because you can really do a fair amount of damage to Seana if you know what you are doing. You shouldt be getting hit by this or use an Amulet at all.

Next few attacks are HP% based as well; for ANY of them, you will want to stay in the corner (2:32) after her Cut-In finishes, its perfectly safe there.

2:38 Kinda sketchy, but it seems my route works well enough. Definitely be ready to use an Amulet at any moment, though- homing green bullets are insta-kill.

2:53 You are actually better off staying on the center to evade the stars. I was trying to do... some other strat here, but it relied on Seana doing another attack (3:09) and she screwed me over doing something else so eh pay no mind to this.

3:09 Best bet is using a Blue Boost to tank this, and maybe and Amulet as well... this attack kind of sucks tbh. So does the following one; together they were the main run killers.

3:34 You NEED an Amulet ready for this. Just do the same to cancel the attack out.

Anything not mentioned its either from her random, basic pool of attacks or self-explanatory.

After this, I recommend to go and get the Easter Egg some rooms after Seana so you never have to return to this place again.
