This game used to be dead, as you couldn't get past the sign-in screen. But if you want to play it now, you can download it here https://mega.nz/file/cNhmBYKa#5zjQ5Ifqq9G6W1tx8ih_TF64t7ZNEFJaFr7zGRoL9ak then unlock the hidden Offline Mode by running a .bat file, which adds a line to the Registry. To do this, create a text file and paste the lines below into it, change the file extension from .txt to .bat extension, right-click and "Run as administrator". Alternatively (if you're more adventurous), go into the Registry and add the information below yourself! You'll then find an Offline Mode button when you start!

SimBin produced a number of racing games (GTR series, Race series, etc) towards the end of their (Swedish) lifetime. Towards the end they launched raceroom.net as an online portal for all their titles. As part of the service, they released 2 free-to-play advertising-supported racing games, the first one is shown here.
This first RaceRoom The Game title contained only Hockenheim, Formula RaceRoom and Chevrolet Camaro cars.
Unlike Race 07, the cockpit view doesn't have a helmet effect around the edge of the view (which can't be disabled in Race 07).
All races below are at Hockenheim, as that's the only track in this game!
1. Race Start (Monza): 0:00 Very close to Race 07 but with added bloom lighting effects. I'm using the Williams inspired livery.
2. Spray Effects (Silverstone): 0:35 A Red Bull inspired livery here. There's no rain. The computer-controlled cars can't QUITE get around all the corners :-D
3. Tunnel & View (Monaco): 0:56 A McLaren-style livery here.
4. Wet Track (Spa-Francorchamps): 1:12 No rain here, but the bloom stands out, on this Ferrari-style livery.
5. Pitstop (Interlagos): 1:34 You can go into the pits, but there's no reason, as your car can't be damaged! A Force India-style livery here. There's no damage in this game either!
6. Huge Crash (Montreal): 2:00 A Renault-style car having a big crash! Flips are present, but not damage.
