🎵 Radical Dreamers - Final Confrontation
8Radical Dreamers (ラジカル・ドリーマーズ -盗めない宝石-, Rajikaru Dorīmāzu -Nusumenai Hōseki-, lit. Radical Dreamers -The Jewel That Cannot Be Stolen-) is a Text Adventure JRPG developed by Squaresoft in 1996 for the Satellaview add-on for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. It was recently released around the world in 2021 as part of the Chrono Cross Radical Dreamers compilation.
As with most Satellaview titles, Radical Dreamers did not receive a lasting commercial release at the time, and was exclusive to Japan. An attempt was made in 2001 to bundle the game with the PlayStation port of Chrono Trigger but writer Masato Kato stopped it from being added due to expectations of gamers and quality concerns.
The games soundtrack was composed by Yasunori Mitsuda, the composer for both Chrono Trigger and Chrono Cross.
