When I saw the first gameplay presentations of RAGE 2, I got really excited, although I had not played the original game. An open world game with a post-apocalyptic style, similar to Mad Max? Count me in! That is why, following my Xbox Ultimate Pass craze, I decided to play through this game on its highest difficulty level (obviously).

My first impressions? The graphics are good, the gameplay and shooting is smooth, the music is great... but it has a very confusing character development system. And the worst, in my opinion, element is the amount of health every individual enemy has. On the highest difficulty, the enemies are turned into so-called damage sponges. They kill you within seconds while you need to empty several clips to take out 2 or 3 of them, that's always ridiculous and I have bad feelings about boss fights in this game. This will be a looooong and stressful playthrough.
