In this part, I ended up in a stalemate with the quests, because I messed up one quest and lost some reputaton with the Board. The rest of the quests would also end up with lowering it, so I would lose the opportunity to get a missable achievement "Ludwig was right" which I aimed for in this playthrough. I also had a real problem with the quest called "The Chimerist's Last Experiment". This is probably one of the toughest decisions you have to make in the game (if you are immersed and empathic enough). All in all, after checking some of the options, I decided to do finish that quest later on (yet with a clear intention to leave Eva Chartrand alive, because she was clearly a good character in this quest, while Lilya Hagen seemed to be a bit paranoic)
