One of those few games. Which do not yet work as expected in Windows 11 arm. The fact is that the game uses OpenGL. And as you know, there is no special support in Windows 11 arm in the video accelerator. Therefore, the game crashes before gameplay. Pack with OpenGL still didn't solve the problem.
