READ THIS!!
This is what happened before I had figured out the issue! I had searched and searched for answers only to find out that it was the Catalyst AI for the ATI Radeon Card. In this video I'm using the new ATI driver, the one that came out on the 7th, plus a rageconfig.cfg. So you can see that one little issue can screw everything up!! :/
