Modified all external colors to blend together nicely.
Modified gun skin again.
Rebuilt the particle entries in the Plasmagun.def file so that impact matched bullet color.
Sounds are all finished.
(I will most likely continue tweeking damage dealt by the bullets and the bullet itself.)
